Dr. Pestronk is the Director of the Neuromuscular Division and Director of the Neuromuscular Clinical Laboratory at Washington University School of Medicine.

He was Board Certified by the Maryland Board of Medical Examiners in 1971 and the Missouri Board of Healing Arts in 1989. He also holds a certification in Pathology in Nerve and Muscle from the AAN.
