Mission

We seek to leverage data and image-driven approaches to understand the heterogeneity of human responses to severe brain injuries

Vision

All patients with acute brain injuries from ischemic stroke to brain trauma and intracerebral hemorrhage, will have their care tailored to their own individual status and biology.

Funding

From the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke. The K23-Mentored Patient-Oriented Research Career Development Award’s purpose is to provide support for the career development of clinically trained professionals who have made a commitment to patient-oriented research, and who have the potential to develop into productive, clinical investigators.

 

About Dr. Dhar

Originally from Delhi, India, Dr. Dhar graduated from McMaster University in 1997 with a B.A. having received the National Canada scholarship as well as the ID06 Program Award.
