Research Interests

Multimodality neuroimage analysis: segmentation, registration and regression, MR/PET imaging, diffusion, perfusion and oxygenation imaging.

Statistical inference and large data analysis: quantifying cross sectional and longitudinal brain structural and functional changes in neurological diseases and brain development, machine learning techniques for neuroimage based classification and prediction.

Biomedical computing: brain tissue deformation analysis with finite element modeling and biphasic brain tissue modeling.
