Pediatric Neurology Application Process

We EXCLUSIVELY accept the Central Application Form produced by The San Francisco Match. You need to register through this service.

We accept 4 residents per year.

Five-year versus Three-year program: We have a close and long-standing relationship with the Pediatrics Residency Program (http://peds.wustl.edu/residency/). Applicants who wish to spend all 5 years of their training at St. Louis Children's Hospital will need to apply to both the Pediatric Neurology Residency Program through the San Francisco Match and the Pediatrics Residency Program through the National Residency Match Program. Please inform us of your application to the Pediatrics program so that we can work with you and Pediatrics to coordinate the interview schedule. The residency rank list is made in close collaboration with the Pediatrics program.

For those applicants who wish to do their pediatrics training elsewhere, this is also permissible. In fact several of our current and former residents trained in pediatrics at other institutions.

Second-look trips are welcome. Unfortunately, the applicant will need to provide his or her own accommodations for these trips. However, we would be happy to arrange a schedule for the applicant to meet with more faculty and residents.
