Dr. Bertrand joined the staff at Washington University and St. Louis Children's Hospital in August of 2006, continuing to concentrate in the area of pediatric epilepsy.
Medical TrainingDr. Bertrand originates from the St. Louis area. She graduated from McKendree College in Lebanon, Il with a B.S. in biology in 1987. She graduated from Southern Il University School of Medicine in 1993, and subsequently completed a combined residency program in pediatrics and neurology at St. Louis University. She continued at St. Louis University in a neurophysiology fellowship with concentration in epilepsy before joining the faculty in 1999 as an epileptologist.
