The Department has eighteen Clinical Services, each staffed by faculty and clinical physicians who serve patients through hospitals and medical facilities affiliated with the Washington University School of Medicine.

Neurology Research Labs are located throughout the University in the East Building, Biotech Building, McMillan Building, The Rehab Institute of St. Louis, IWJ Building, East McDonnell Science Building, McDonnell Science Building and the Sleep Center in the Chase Park Plaza.

The Farell Learning and Teaching Center provides the ideal learning environment for the student Education, in addition to learning on the floor and in the hospital.
